DH ARCHITECTURE

The Domaine St Louis is a residential community project with 16 Villas in Pailles, Mauritius. The project was successfully completed in 2014.

We emphasised on keeping all the century-old Tamarin trees that were on site and adapted our architecture to the position of the trees.  The development provides a safe neighbourhood watch community with efficient use of the land.  

All Villas enjoy full cross ventilation, optimised orientation, use of Solar Energy as well as natural materials.
