This private villa is located in a residential community in Piton, Mauritius & was completed end of 2013.
The villa has been designed in harmony with the natural environment that surrounds it with profound respect for its neighbours & design regulations.
Its longitudinal layout provides maximum exposure to the breathtaking Northern sea views & cross ventilation across all spaces. An extensive use of recycled materials such as basalt stones, natural materials & solar energy has been achieved. Natural polished concrete floors, off shuttered concrete walls & use of metal structures contribute in bringing a natural contemporary feel inside the house.
